The Department of Law is one of the important academic departments in the College of Administrative and Human Sciences at the university, as this department includes many academic subjects that law students receive according to the plan approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and applies the same courses of the College of Law in the recognized universities within the country. The study system is semester-based, not annual. Two batches have graduated from the department: the first batch, numbering (4) and the second batch, numbering (6). A large number of fourth-level students (21), second-level (16), and first-level (48) are currently studying in it. The university seeks to open a postgraduate program under the supervision of Dr. Professor Muhammad Muhammad Saeed Al-Shaibi, and a group of other doctors in the coming year 2024/2025 AD. This in itself is considered a major shift in education in the governorate, especially in the legal and Sharia aspect.
